Course Description

As an employee, no matter your age, you have rights within the workplace. The Employment Standards Act outlines the minimum standards of compensation and employment conditions. The following session will provide you with some information about workplace standards, wages, paid and unpaid work and other important rights you need to know before starting a new job.
